• A technical contact (for the details) and a contractual contact (terms)
• Latest date you expect an SOW, date of project start
• Any special requirements for the project?
Note - Good questions to ask in your RFP and meetings :
• Short Curriculum Vitae of employees planed to be committed to the project?
• Is the company subcontracting? To whom?
• What research have they published? Where was that research published or presented?
• What vulnerabilities and in what products have they discovered vulnerabilities?
• What consulting customer engagements have they led?
